Cooling-off Period & Returns

If the delivered items do not meet your expectations, you can of course return them.

Register your returns in our Register returns.
For this you need the name, the order number and the e-mail address with which the order was placed.
You will find the order number in the packing slip or invoice number.

Always mention a sender on the package!!

The consumer has:
14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
Then 14 days to return the product.
If a customer makes use of his right of return, Stevano SK will refund the order amount within 14 days after the return notification.

Ideal payment: you will receive the purchase amount on the account number used.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

The product must not have been worn, washed or show traces of use. The product must also be free of odors such as perfume, smoke or sweat.

Are there products that I cannot return?
Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken after delivery.

Place the item unworn (if reasonably possible) and in its original box, complete with all accessories, in an extra shipping box.
Please include the order confirmation from Stevano SK that you received upon delivery with the shipment and tape the box tightly.

Shipping costs

Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are for your own account.
These costs are approximately €5.95 per package.
